Preparation for your Hair and Makeup Appointment

Thank you for scheduling your appointment with The Winning Look . We strive to create an amazing ‘Winning Look’ just for you!


Book your appointment BEFORE the heat list comes out to ensure a definite spot on our books!  Indicate your dance level you will begin at (i.e…newcomer, beginning, intermediate, full or open (bronze, silver or gold)

Guess on your time and I will send you your updated appointment time once the heat list is out. This secures your spot and places you in order of schedule date.

The sooner you book with us, the better time you will have AFTER the heat list is out.

If you cannot find an appointment that suits your needs, please text Patricia 949-939-1921.  Book your Appointment anyway and indicate in the comments section what your preference is for time.

Cash or check may be paid at the appointment.  If you would like to pay with credit card, we can do that the day before your appointment.  However, because of time, we are unable to do this at the appointment. You may also keep a credit card on file for us to charge. 

The cost for Hair is $95.00+ and Makeup is $95.00. Total for both is $190

You may bring your own eyelashes for us to apply. If you do not have any, we will provide them for a $10 fee.

Attention: the slot of time that you book is for one appointment, either hair or makeup. If you would like to have both hair and makeup, be sure to book TWO appointments! One for hair and one for makeup.

Remember to bring any hair applique, stones, hair extensions, or other ornaments with you to your appointment and show them to Patricia before she begins styling your hair. Patricia recommends bringing either your dress, or a picture of your dress, so that she can best design the look of your hair and/or makeup.

Come with your hair dry (unless Patricia tells you to come with it wet) and dirty. Best to have all regular hair products in your hair. Oily is even better.

Hair Stoning will be available on-site for $50. .MUST Indicate that you will want this in the ‘comments’ section of your appointment!

To cancel an appointment, go to your original confirmation email. Click the Link that says to ‘cancel or reschedule’.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations within to 7 days prior to your competition day will be CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, UNLESS the time slot may be filled by another client OR it is due to injury or complications surrounding the schedule. All other cancellations will require that you be charged.

(Excuses such as’ I am having someone do my hair or makeup last minute to save money” is not a reason. Neither is being too tired to wake up for your appointment. Your appointment was blocked on my schedule for you where someone else could have been. Please be respectful of my time and my ability to be available for responsible people who keep their appointments.)
